📣 Update: Arizona Court Confirms Receipt of Aidileys' Materials & Opens May 15 Public Forum
Victims of the Family Court Industry - This is another opportunity to be heard!
We’re pleased to inform you that the Arizona Committee on Family Court has officially received and acknowledged our submitted Amicus Brief and supporting policy materials.
While the May 15 Listening Forum is at full capacity, the Committee confirmed that additional forums will be held on:

📆 November 6, 2025
Aidileys will notify our network when registration opens for those dates.
Additionally, there is a separate opportunity to engage:
🗣️ The COFC will hold a public meeting on May 15 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
🔹 This meeting is open to the public (in-person or virtual).
🔹 There will be a “Call to the Public” section for brief 3-minute comments.

We strongly encourage impacted biological families, professionals, and advocates to use this platform to speak on record about the issues impacting biological families, including:
Judicial overreach
Denial of due process and ADA accommodations
Weaponization of service plans and reunification models
Suppression of parental rights through gag or gatekeeper orders
This acknowledgment is a meaningful step forward. We thank the COFC for their professionalism and transparency—and we urge other states to follow Arizona’s example.
