1

On May 15, 2025, the Arizona Committee on Family Court held a public forum to address ongoing concerns regarding family court practices. During the "Call to the Public" segment, Amy, founder of Aidileys, spoke passionately about the systemic issues and judicial corruption impacting families nationwide. She highlighted her personal experience, detailing abuses within the family court system, and referenced the broader implications of these practices, which continue to separate families unjustly.

Amy’s remarks concluded with an urgent call for systemic reform, increased transparency, judicial accountability, and the importance of safeguarding family rights to prevent further trauma and loss resulting from court actions. Her testimony resonated deeply with attendees, underscoring the necessity for immediate and tangible changes within the family court system. However, you were unable to hear Amy speak, because her voice was muted to the public.

Amy sent additional testimony that emphasized critical gaps in education and awareness about domestic violence among professionals and government officials. She shared insights from recent testimonies, notably from the May 12 Arizona forum, where a mother revealed the minimal attention domestic violence receives in academic curricula—only one page in a single textbook during her entire college education.

Additionally, Amy referenced significant data collected by advocacy groups allied with Aidileys, underscoring the urgency of reform. Websites such as ChildAbusiveJudges.com currently document over 1,100 judges across all 50 states accused of misconduct, including 11 judges from Arizona. Further resources highlighted were ProtectiveMothersRevolution.org and TheRobingRoom.com, which also track judicial performance and misconduct.

Prior to the event she shared the Amicus Brief, as well as a Request for Inter-State Collaboration on Family Court Reform. She also submitted a white paper of a personal case, as well as a reform proposal. Review those documents, The white paper can be found here.
